Tax policy for sustainable development conference

I had the pleasure to atend during three days (2 , 3, 4 November 2002 ) the global conference
around tax policies organized by Global Development Network at Clermont-Ferrand . Three days
of interestng panels and exchanges on how to rethink and redesigning global fnances and tax
